Details

AMACASA Buffered Acid is ideal, in the professional field, for descaling residues from laying floors and coverings and for removing salt efflorescence from exposed brick and terracotta. It is also excellent for cleaning bathtubs, sinks, toilets, and shower drains. It is also useful for degreasing pipes and descaling. Pour the product on limescale encrustations and yellowed walls. Leave to act for a few minutes and rinse thoroughly. Buffered Acid is harmful if used on aluminum and limestone surfaces (e.g., marble) as it will permanently damage them. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use since it does not release the harmful vapors typical of muriatic acid.

How to use

Buffered Acid must always be used alone or diluted with water. Caution! Do not mix the acid with other products: this can cause very dangerous reactions (heat generation, formation of poisonous substances). The amount of acid to use depends on the extent of the encrustations: for light encrustations, dilute 1 part acid to 5 parts water; for stubborn encrustations, dilute 1 part acid to 2 parts water. Be careful when diluting and always pour the acid into the water, never the water into the acid! Pour onto the surface to be descaled and let it act, then remove immediately and rub with a cloth, rinse and dry thoroughly, use gloves when handling the product.

DANGER May be corrosive to metals. Causes severe skin burns and serious eye damage. May irritate the respiratory tract. Caution! Do not use in combination with other products. Dangerous gases (chlorine) may form.
